Refund policy
Made-to-Order items are all final sale. Each item is individually crafted per order, therefore Rosemary Anne London cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, unless the item is faulty. However, if you need help with an item you have ordered, please contact me for customer care. All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged to protect the item from damage.
In stock items are returnable within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or equal exchange. Items must not be used or damaged, and all labels must be attached and returned in their original packaging. No used or damaged items will be accepted. The shop cannot accept items that have smells in them, for example perfume, cooking or smoke. Each item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged to ensure quality and safety of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery, so please ensure return delivery arrives within 14 days. The return shipping process is the responsibility of the customer, but I will provide a Royal Mail shipping label for you free of charge within the UK. Contact me for returns and your postal label will be emailed to you. For any returns from outside the UK, the cost and process of shipping the return is the sole responsibility of the customer, and have 14 days to ship to the UK. Please notify me of your return in advance of sending, so I can be of assistance to you. Rosemary Anne London is not responsible for any missing or damaged delivery of goods. A refund or exchange will be processed only after receipt of delivery of returned goods. Please ensure you enclose your delivery return form with the goods.
