Description and Availability of Goods
Accurate descriptions of goods are provided in the product details. If you need further information before ordering, please contact me. Swatch cards for each online couture or made-to-order garment or accessory are available for purchase and are redeemable against the purchase of that corresponding couture garment. Images and colours will not be an exact match to a screen on a computer, mobile or tablet device.
Wedding Books & Bath/Candle Products
Returnable within 14 days. Full refund of exchange is only possible if product has not been used or damaged. We take care in packaging and posting all items to ensure a safe arrival. Please see returns policy.
Made-to-Order Apparel and Accessories
Non-Returnable. All made-to-order apparel and accessories will not be available for shipping until order is complete. Each item has an estimated delivery date, based on creation time and availability of materials. In the event an item is not available, you will be notified.
Couture Orders
Non-Returnable. Once you have agreed to become a Couture Client and have signed an order form, you will be required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit for the service, before any work can begin. Once your deposit has been received, we will send an email confirmation and begin the work. The work begins at the Design Consultation. Please refer to the Couture Process on the website for more information.
Deposits can be made by bank transfer and credit or debit cards.
You must be available for all necessary fittings, which can last up to two hours if the work is complex. Please only become a Couture Client if you can allow the time in your schedule for 1 Design Consultation, at least 3 Fittings and 1 Pick-Up of garment.
Any changes made to the initial design may incur additional charges, as this means extra work and cost for us.
Once the Fabric Fitting has been approved by the Client and Rosemary Anne, the remainder of the cost of the garment (including any additional charges) must be received by Rosemary Anne before Pick-Up of garment. Please allow enough time for payment to be processed before your required Pick-Up date.
Online Orders
Usually in stock items ordered before 12pm Monday through Friday, will be dispatched within 2 working days. During busy times, orders may take longer to process. Please see delivery updates on product page before ordering. For out of stock items, please contact us directly at hello@rosemaryannelondon.com.
For Made-to-Order, please allow number of weeks stated in product description, from the time of your order for delivery. Once your order has been placed, it can be cancelled within in 24 hours. After this, it's not possible to cancel your order because it will be in process of creation after this point. Please contact the me at hello@rosemaryannelondon.com, if you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery, or if you have accidentally ordered the wrong item or size. International orders may take longer for delivery, please see estimated delivery dates in product description.
Payment
Online orders - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit and Debit Cards. Rosemary Anne London has the right to refuse a sale at any point for any reason. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will refund the money back to the card you used for the purchase. We cannot refund it in any other way or to any other card.
